I am a 1x certified lash artist with one year of experience, still working on expanding my knowledge in the lash industry. My number one goal when working with all clients is to ensure that they are comfortable & always leave feeling confident as ever! ~ Policies ~ Deposit & payment There is a $20 non-refundable deposit due upon booking, this deposit will always go towards your service & can be sent to $Mikaylapoolxo on Cashapp or (401)-572-7726 on Zelle. All deposits can be transferred two times before a new deposit is needed. Please bring cash for remaining balance. Late fee & cancellation: There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments, after those 10 minutes have passed you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will unfortunately be canceled. Please give at least 24 hours notice when canceling/rescheduling , if unable to do so your initial $20 deposit will no longer be transferable $20 cancellation fee will be charged along with a new deposit upon booking a new appointment. Squeeze ins: All squeeze in appointments are required an extra $25 fee to book No shows: 40% of the service booked as well as a new deposit must be paid in order to book again if no show occurs. A second no show will result in inability to book in the future Other policies: - No guests please - Please cancel if you’re feeling sick - I do not work over others work, Please book a removal along with your full set if needed -Please avoid caffeine before your appointment -Please remove all eye/under eye makeup before your appointment With that being said thank you for choosing Uniquely Lashed to make you feel beautiful, im looking forward to meeting you & helping you with all your lash needs.
